The Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences is seeking to appoint an outstanding Assistant Lecturer, Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Radiography. The Department of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences at Monash aims to prepare students for safe, effective and ethical professional practice in medical radiation sciences and to pursue careers in radiography, medical ultrasound, radiation therapy and research. This position is expected to make significant contributions to innovative teaching and research of the department and will play a major role in scholarship, research and/or professional activities, specifically in the Bachelor of Radiography and Medical Imaging (Honours) program. For the Lecturer and Senior Lecturer position, there is an expectation that you will also have a successful track record of research funding and high-quality peer-reviewed publications.
We are seeking someone with a doctoral or a masters qualification in Radiography/Medical Imaging or equivalent. Practitioners with a Bachelor degree in Radiography/Medical Imaging with clinical and teaching experience will also be considered. We are also seeking someone who holds a current registration or be eligible to hold current registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia (MRPBA).
This role is a part-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
The successful applicant will be appointed at either Level A (Assistant Lecturer), Level B (Lecturer) or Level C (Senior Lecturer) commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Please specify in your cover letter the level that you are applying for.

Pro-rata of $75,115 – $101,944 pa Level A (plus 17% employer superannuation)
